Underwriting Opportunities at Jazz Tulsa

On November 4th, 2005, a new noncommercial radio station returned Smooth Jazz to the Tulsa airwaves. KJZT also aggressively promotes the other nonprofit and civic organizations in Green Country.

Jazz Tulsa is currently seeking a limited number of “underwriters” – that is, local businesses that provide tax-deductible contributions to the station in return for on-air acknowledgement. When your business underwrites KJZT programming, you help support an important community resource while providing yourself with a unique marketing tool at the same time.

Benefits of underwriting include:

• Your announcements occur in a clutter-free environment since we are commercial free.
• The FCC permits your enhanced underwriting announcements to include your name, address, contact information and the goods and services that you provide.
• We can place a page on our website with information about your business. We also will link to your site if you desire.
• An association with our commercial-free programming strengthens public perception of your commitment to the community.
